Cecil B. DeMented is a John Waters creation, so you know right off the opening credits that bad taste, excess and extreme provocation are de rigueur.
Sure enough, this farce -- which tells the funny-sad saga of a Manson-like, guerrilla movie-making cult that terrorizes Baltimore -- is chock-a-block with warped characters, wanton violence and warped sexuality.
