Clutch is a long-lost refugee from the 1998 Toronto filmfest and it's a strong enough movie that it should never have been thrown into limbo this long.
Operating on a better-late-than-never basis, however, Chris Grismer's very dark, very twisted, crime-caper romantic comedy is finally getting its commercial release here. It deserves this second chance.
