Set in the '70s -- and in a way that's all about attitude, not vintage cars or clothes -- Dangerous Lives is centred on Tim and Francis, characters played by Kieran Culkin and Emile Hirsch. These two are best friends, Catholic school classmates, comic-book fans and fellow altar boys.
