If anything is going to put the lie to the stories about Jennifer Lopez being a diva, it is her new film, Enough. No one allegedly micromanaging her image and her career would have let this dog out of the kennel.
Enough is implausible and it's sloppy, and sad to report, it didn't have to be. The story of a hitherto happily married woman fighting for her life and the life of her little daughter against the endless menace of a violent husband is marred by a worthless script, meandering performances and leaden direction. And a worthless script.
