One needn't be a fan of fantasy-adventure to be thrilled by the winged lizard in Eragon. Devotees of the novel by Christopher Paolini may expect to be disappointed at the way the story changes on its journey to the screen, but taken on its own merits, Eragon is an engaging action outing suitable for kids.
