Arnold and his buddies have to use all their resources to stop a developer from tearing down their neighbourhood in Hey, Arnold!, the new feature that expands upon the popular TV series. Hey, Arnold! has plenty of redeeming social value and all that, but it is a movie specifically for the kiddie set. Just so there's no misunderstanding.
