Don't be dissuaded by the trailers, which pulled the cover off Universal's summer franchise monster in various stages of CGI unreadiness as far back as the Super Bowl. The fact is, the Hulk himself is the best thing about Hulk, art-filmmaker Ang Lee's earnest attempt to, as he put it, "make a delicacy out of American fast food."
