In a betting mood on what new movie to see this weekend? Well, you couldn't do much better than the new Spanish thriller Intacto.

But that's if you can buy into the film's admittedly ridiculous premise -- its plot revolves around luck, and how some people can steal it from others for their own purposes. The film could have crumbled beneath such a pretentious conceit, but for the most part, it somehow doesn't. Instead, Intacto is a fascinating, dark thriller that keeps you hooked on the delicious pulpiness of its lurid fiction.
