Movie Review: MVP 2 Most Valuable Primate

Chimp laughs
The chimpanzee has long been comedy gold: Dress him up, and you're sure to get a laugh out of somebody.

That's why MVP: Most Valuable Primate was released last year. The Canadian-made kids film featured Jack the chimp, an amazing animal who donned skates and became a B.C. hockey team's superstar player. MVP was a hit but, for a while, it looked as though Jack was relegated to skating around ice rinks in countless NHL highlight reels during his exhaustive promotional tour.
