This is probably heresy, but some people around here really didn't like Return To Never Land. For this viewer, normally a great fan of Disney animated films, the Peter Pan sequel seemed like plenty of hyper images flapping around an essentially boring storyline.
The faces looked wrong, the songs -- especially those from Jonathan Brooke -- seemed depressing as hell. What we like about animation involves not noticing it; we kept noticing the animation in this movie. That's as technical as we are willing to get. Maybe it was something we ate.
