Hustle here and hustle there, Amsterdam is the location where Hugo and Goof are con artists on the loose in Siberia.

Don't be confused. The characters exist in the hip comedy-drama (the film is in Dutch with English subtitles). But Siberia is mostly a tricky reference and used as a visual joke at the end of this ragged, but sharply presented Robert Jan Westdijk entertainment.
