If you had a chance to become an immortal, would you take it? And what are the consequences of living forever, while your loved ones die?
These are heady questions, especially for a family film. But Disney's live-action Tuck Everlasting, based on the book by Natalie Babbitt, doesn't skirt the issues, namely the downside of immortality. Yet it remains a wonderful, wholesome and, best of all, intelligent piece of entertainment that will appeal to all ages.
