Walking On Water is a story about grief. It opens with a death, but the focus is on those left behind and how they cope. Walking On Water is a beautifully written drama that crackles with dark humour.

Gavin is dying of AIDs. His friends Charlie (Vince Colosimo) and Anna (Maria Theodorakis) are taking care of him and have promised to help him die with dignity and without pain. Gavin's death, however, does not go exactly as planned.
