Pop star Lady GaGa once autographed a male fan's manhood after she was confronted with an X-rated request backstage at a concert here in Canada.

The Poker Face hitmaker, 23, admits she was taken aback when the brazen fan whipped out his penis for her to sign.

She recalls, "I feel embarrassed saying this but... I was doing a meet and greet backstage in Canada. I had enough room to write Lady GaGa.

"I was laughing so hard I could barely breathe. Maybe it is still there - who knows? It was a permanent marker too!"
