Rowe breaks down during Paris' speech

Michael Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe broke down in tears as she watched her daughter Paris pay tribute to the King Of Pop during his televised memorial.

Millions of Jackson fans around the globe were moved as the 11 year old honoured her dad during the service, which was broadcast live from Los Angeles' Staples Center on Tuesday.

The youngster stepped up to the microphone, tearing up as she told the crowd, "Ever since I was born, Daddy has been the best father you could ever imagine and I just wanted to say I love him so much."

And her biological mother Rowe couldn't fight back the tears, clutching her face in her hands as she watched Paris' emotional speech from her ranch in Southern California.

The 50 year old was photographed looking distraught and being comforted by friends as she watched the scene unfold on TV.

Rowe, who is also the mother of Jackson's oldest son Prince, still hasn't decided whether or not she'll contest custody of her kids.

The late singer's mother Katherine has been granted temporary guardianship of Prince Michael and Paris and their brother Prince Michael 'Blanket' II, while a judge's permanent custody decision is expected next week.
