Barker threatened with arrest

Police issued a warning to Travis Barker after he refused to leave his ex-wife's home in a dispute over their children, according to a new report.

Barker's on/off relationship with Shanna Moakler heated up once again on Monday as the Blink-182 rocker arrived at the former beauty queen's Rhode Island home to drop off his son Landon, five, and daughter Alabama, three.

According to Life & Style magazine, the argument escalated after Barker insisted his nanny should remain with the children and Moakler turned down her help.

A source tells the publication, "He started screaming and wouldn't leave the kids with her."

Moakler then called the cops after the drummer wouldn't depart the property, and authorities threatened to arrest him if he didn't comply.

The insider adds, "When Travis refused to go, Shanna called the police. They gave Travis a choice: Leave or get arrested. So he left. But he wasn't happy."

Barker then took to his page on blogging website Twitter.com to air his frustration, writing: "My babies (sic) mama is a pile of s**t."

Rhode Island Police Sergeant Tim Harrington confirmed on Monday that officers were dispatched to Moakler's address but could not confirm the nature of the visit.

The couple's relationship has been turbulent since their two-year marriage ended in 2006. They were back in court earlier this month to review their custody agreement for the summer, with Moakler allowing Barker to take the kids on the road as he tours with Blink-182.
