Eminem's younger brother has managed to avoid jail after he was convicted of driving under the influence.
Nathan Mathers, who raps as Nathan Kane, appeared in a Michigan court on Wednesday to face charges stemming from his arrest in April, when he failed a roadside sobriety test.
The 23-year-old was ordered to serve 100 hours of community service - and he'll be forced to serve 100 days in prison if he doesn't pay a $1,000 fine by Friday.
Mathers will also be monitored for alcohol consumption at all times, while attending regular counselling sessions to deal with drink and drug abuse.
Mathers was pulled over in April after he failed to let an ambulance pass, and police found his blood alcohol level was two times the state's legal limit.
In July, Mathers pleaded guilty to his second offence of driving while visibly impaired.
