Kelly Clarkson's concert in Boston, Massachusetts on Tuesday was marred by tragedy when a fan suffered a fatal heart attack.
The 38-year-old man collapsed while the pop star was onstage at Boston University's Agganis Arena.
He was unconscious and in cardiac arrest when paramedics arrived at the scene to transport him by ambulance to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
