Avril's ex seen with new love

Rocker Deryck Whibley has moved on from his broken marriage to Avril Lavigne - he's landed a new girlfriend just weeks after splitting from the singer.

Lavigne filed for divorce earlier this month, citing "irreconcilable differences" for ending the couple's three-year union.

In the legal documents, the Complicated hitmaker revealed the couple separated on September 4.

But Sum 41 frontman Whibley is already involved with another woman - the rocker was caught on camera by TMZ.com openly kissing his new love Hanna Beth Merjos in a Hollywood tattoo parlour on Monday night.

Lavigne recently dismissed rumours she had a new man in her life, insisting reports she was romancing Dole Food Company billionaire Justin Murdock were "100 per cent not true".
