Eminem fans will have to wait a little longer for the rapper's next album - he has delayed the release of Relapse 2 until 2010.

The star returned to the hip hop scene this year promising two comeback discs, Relapse and Relapse 2.

The first installment - Eminem's first original studio album in more than four years - debuted at number one on the U.S. Billboard Top 200 chart when it was released in May.

Relapse 2 was set to hit shelves later in the year - but will now be released in 2010.

But it's not all bad news for fans - Eminem will bridge the gap between the two albums by re-releasing Relapse next month with seven bonus tracks.
