Snoop Dogg hopes Tiger Woods is able to reconcile with his wife following his recent cheating scandal - because the rapper understands the devastation when a family is torn apart by infidelities.
The hip-hop star married Shante Taylor in 1997, but they separated in 2004 when Snoop Dogg, real name Calvin Broadus, filed for divorce.
The pair has since reconciled, renewing their wedding vows in 2008, but Broadus has previously admitted cheating on Taylor.
And he's empathising with Woods, whose career and home life were rocked last year when news of his numerous affairs behind wife Elin Nordegren's back hit the headlines.
Broadus insists the affair scandal has been "blown out of proportion" and he hopes Woods manages to win Nordegren back.
Speaking to Larry King, he says, "You know, that's a proximal issue with him and his wife. And I feel like it's been blown out of proportion because he was looked at as somebody who was perfect. But at the same time, nobody is perfect and everybody makes mistakes. So let's let him get his life back with his wife and move on.
"I think he's going to do real good in life, you know, just getting his life back right and understanding what's important, because sometimes it takes a negative situation like that for you to really turn it into a positive...
"It's beautiful (being back with Taylor). We've been on the right track. Really, we don't look back no more. We're all about moving ahead. It was hard for me, because I realized that's where I wanted to be and where I needed to be. So I had to get my mind that right and focus on what was important to me."
