Carly Simon out of Lilith Fair

Carly Simon has pulled out of the remaining dates of the touring Lilith Fair after breaking her foot.

The You're So Vain singer was among the big draws on the ailing festival's stops in Massachusetts and New York at the end of the month, but she'll no longer be a part of the show.

A statement from organizers reads, "We are saddened to announce Carly Simon had to withdraw from three Lilith Fair dates for medical reasons.

"Last week, Simon suffered an injury by seriously fracturing and breaking her foot, which will prevent her from performing at these shows. Everyone on the Lilith tour wishes Simon a speedy recovery."

It's the latest setback for organizers, who were forced to scrap a handful of dates due to poor ticket sales. Norah Jones and Kelly Clarkson have both abandoned the tour.
