Hotel bosses dismiss Neil claims

Vince Neil accuser speaks out

Bosses at the Hilton hotel resort in Las Vegas are refusing to take action against celebrity guest Vince Neil after he allegedly attacked a woman in an elevator on Sunday night - because they consider the accuser's charges unfounded.

California woman Jessica Radowicz filed a police report claiming she was manhandled by the rocker when she recognized him in the elevator and the alleged altercation left her shaken up and bruised.

She tells WENN, "As the elevator doors were closing he lunged at me and tried to push me out. One of his lady friends said, 'Get out, b**ch!'

"I was shocked and I reached into my pocket to get my own room key, so I could show it to him and explain I was not trying to go up to his room, but he wouldn't listen and just shoved me up against the elevator buttons.

"When the elevator doors opened, he forced me out. I just stood there, saying, 'What are you doing, man... You are such a loser.'

"I was left with bruises on my arms. It was shocking. People can't behave like that and get away with it - not even celebrities."

But Hilton bosses have dismissed the woman's claims after conducting their own investigation into the matter.

Hotel Executive Vice President Ken Ciancimino tells WENN, "As we always do for the protection and security of our guests, we have

conducted our own investigation of this incident. After reviewing surveillance video and interviewing witnesses, we've concluded that her

allegations against Vince Neil are completely unfounded.

"We also understand that the local authorities have deemed her allegations to be without merit. Accordingly, we consider the matter closed."

A spokeswoman for Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department reveals the investigation into Radowicz's claims remains open.
