Pop star Katy Perry is unloading the New York City love nest she purchased with estranged husband Russell Brand.

Perry and the funnyman bought the two-bedroom luxury penthouse in Manhattan for a reported $2.75 million in September, 2010 -- just one month before the happy couple wed in India.

But after Brand filed for divorce from the singer last December, the Teenage Dream hitmaker has put the apartment up for sale in a bid to move on from the failed relationship.

According to the New York Post, the 1,500-sq-ft duplex boasts a city skyline view, a cherrywood staircase and heated floors.
