Bee Gees singer Barry Gibb has been serenading his coma-stricken brother Robin in a bid to help the ailing star regain consciousness.
Robin Gibb is fighting for his life in a London hospital after developing pneumonia, just weeks after announcing his colon and liver cancer had gone into remission.
The 62 year old's bandmate brother Barry flew to Britain from his home in Tennessee earlier this month to join family members and friends who were staging a bedside vigil for the Bee Gees icon, and Robin's wife, Dwina, reveals the Stayin' Alive hitmaker has been using music to "try and bring him back to us".
She says, "Barry was singing to him. Thousands of people are saying prayers every day."
And appearing on TV in Britain outside the hospital, where her husband is fighting for life, devastated Dwina is convinced the prayers of fans are helping keep Robin alive.
