Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster has confessed to spitting at the R&B star's girlfriend and hurling food at his car during a heated row at her home.

The 'Yeah!' hitmaker made the claims as the couple's bitter custody battle got underway earlier this year - and now the stylist has revealed he wasn't making it up or embellishing the truth.

In an exclusive interview with U.S. news show Entertainment Tonight, which aired on Tuesday, Foster admitted she did lose her cool when her ex showed up at her house with his new girlfriend.

Asked if it was true she spat at his partner Grace Miguel, Foster nodded and then confessed she threw food at Usher's car and lashed out at him.

Foster said, "It was not one of my more proud moments. I'm prone to human frailty. It was a one-time incident. I was angry."
