Singer Madonna was forced to cancel her concert in Texas on Saturday after falling ill with voice problems.
The Vogue hitmaker was due to take the stage at the American Airlines Center in Dallas as part of her MDNA tour, but was forced to axe the show on doctors' orders after coming down with a bout of "severe laryngitis".
A post on the star's official website reads, "Under doctor's orders, the Material Girl has been put on 'complete vocal rest'... All tickets for the October 20th show to be refunded at the point of purchase. Tickets purchased online will (be) refunded directly. Madonna regrets any inconvenience to her fans."
Madonna is still slated to perform a gig in the city on Sunday night.
