Singer Madonna has been hit with a trademark lawsuit from the executors of actor Marlon Brando's estate.

Brando Enterprises bosses have accused Madonna of using 'The Godfather' star's image on her international MDNA tour during each performance of her hit Vogue without permission.

On Thursday they filed papers at the U.S. District Court in Central California for federal trademark infringement and the misappropriation of right of publicity.

Executors are seeking general and special damages, as well as the cost of legal fees and an injunction barring the singer from continuing to use Brando's likeness in the future, according to TheWrap.com.
