Irish singer Sinead O’Connor spent the Christmas holidays single after splitting from her latest boyfriend.
The Nothing Compares 2 U singer's love life got off to a rocky start in 2012, with her on/off marriage to Barry Herridge only lasting a matter of weeks following their Las Vegas wedding in December, 2011.
She then began dating an anthropologist called David, but they have now reportedly parted ways.
A source tells The Irish Sun newspaper, "Sinead broke up with David on Christmas Eve after a few months together. Sinead spent Christmas day just concentrating on family time with her kids, two of whom are very young.
"She is looking forward to the new year and to getting back touring again."
