He’s not biting, but pop superstar Justin Bieber has been sniffing around a nearly $3 million mansion in London, Ont., that’s been on the market for four years.
The Stratford, Ont.,-raised singing sensation has inquired about the Ivey estate, QMI Agency has learned.
Representatives of the 18-year-old contacted the owner of the north London property, now known as Mitchell Manor, this fall, realtor George Georgopolous, who has an exclusive listing on the property, confirmed.
Georgopolous wasn’t involved with the property, once home to the Ivey family, at the time.
“My understanding, hearing from the seller, was that it’s his management company,” said Georgopolous, adding the inquiry came through a local intermediary.
At 17,000 sq. ft., the baronial spread overlooking London could suit a superstar looking for a place near his home turf. It has 53 rooms, an indoor swimming pool and four fireplaces.
