Adam Lambert was given a birthday party to remember on Friday when David Arquette stripped to his underwear and danced for the singer.

The former American Idol star turns 31 on Tuesday and he celebrated with his pals at Hollywood hotspot Bootsy Bellows, which is co-owned by the actor.

And Arquette ensured Lambert had a memorable party by stripping down and performing a sexy dance.

The birthday boy uploaded a photograph on Twitter.com showing Arquette performing a lapdance, and added, "Yup... This happened."

The Scream star re-tweeted photographs from the event on his Twitter.com page, and declared to Lambert, "Happy Birthday buddy. Thanks for celebrating @BootsyBellows."
