Justin Bieber caused a scene in London during a birthday outing by stripping off and wandering around semi-naked.
The teenage heartthrob is currently in the U.K. on tour, and after his show in Birmingham, England on Thursday evening, he headed to London for a night out to mark his 19th birthday on Friday.
After the concert, Bieber informed fans of his party plans in a post on Twitter.com, writing, "Great show!!! Now gonna go celebrate 19!! Thanks."
Bieber was seen clubbing in the early hours of the morning, and caused a sensation when he emerged on the street without his shirt.
The star also displayed his white underwear when his purple trousers fell down below his butt while he made his way back to his hotel.
