Former No Limit rapper Mr. Magic was killed in a car crash in Hattiesburg, Mississippi on Friday.
The hip-hop star, real name Awood Johnson, and his wife Chastity were both killed in the crash but their 12-year-old daughter, Twila Wise Johnson, survived.
His sister Timisha Brooks confirmed the death and tells The Times-Picayune, "He was a passionate guy. He loved his siblings; he loved his wife. There's a comfort in knowing that neither of them has to live without the other. That makes it more bearable."
