Boy have we got a surprise for you – an unreleased recording from Led Zeppelin’s early days. The track is from an upcoming reissue of Led Zeppelin 1.

Led Zeppelin are planning a massive reissue campaign starting with the iconic band’s first three studio albums on June 3rd. Deluxe editions of Led Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin II, and Led Zeppelin III will be remastered by guitarist and producer Jimmy Page and feature a treasure trove of previously unreleased material.

"The material on the companion discs presents a portal to the time of the recording of Led Zeppelin,” says Page in a statement. “It is a selection of work in progress with rough mixes, backing tracks, alternate versions, and new material recorded at the time”

Following the re-release of its first three albums, Led Zeppelin will reissue all nine of its studio albums in chronological order. Led Zeppelin has also unearthed dozens of never-before-heard studio and live recordings, with each album featuring a second disc of companion audio comprised entirely of unreleased music related to that album.

Led Zeppelin 1 will feature a concert from October 10th, 1969 recorded at the Olympia in Paris. Here's an exclusive preview of Good Times Bad Times/Communication Breakdown from the show.
