Forget the red and white forever, The Black Keys will be turning Canada blue this fall.

Or at least some of it.

The blues-rock duo, who release their highly anticipated new album, Turn Blue, on May 13, have announced a North American trek that includes six Canadian dates as follows: Toronto, Air Canada Centre, Sept. 16; Montreal, Bell Centre, Sept. 18; Winnipeg, MTS Centre, Oct. 25; Calgary, Scotiabank Saddledome, Oct. 27; Edmonton, Rexall Place, Oct. 28; Vancouver, Pacific Coliseum, Oct. 30.

Pre-sale tickets will be available May 13 at 10:00 a.m. local time to all fans pre-ordering the album at www.theblackkeys.com.

The North American trek, which begins Sept. 5 in Columbus and runs through December, is preceded by European dates in June and July.

Turn Blue was produced by Black Keys members Dan Auerbach and Pat Carney, along with Danger Mouse and is the followup to 2011’s El Camino which picked up three Grammys including best rock album.

The Black Keys are also this weekend’s performers on Saturday Night Live on May 10.
