AC/DC's "Black Ice" not slipping from No. 1.

AC/DC's latest effort continues to sizzle on the Canadian album charts.

"Black Ice" was locked in at No. 1 for a third straight week, selling 27,000 copies, according to figures compiled by Nielsen SoundScan.

It has now racked up a grand total of 186,000 in sales since its release.

The "High School Musical 3" soundtrack (13,000) came up two spots to No. 2, Celine Dion's "My Love: Essential Collection" (11,000) slipped one position to No. 3, and the "Twilight" soundtrack had the best debut of the week, landing at No. 4.

Sylvain Cossette's "70's Volume 2" dropped one to No. 5, Pink's "Funhouse" went down three to No. 6, and Metallica's "Death Magnetic" occupied the No. 7 slot.

Rounding out the top 10 was Sarah McLachlan's "Closer: The Best of Sarah McLachlan" at No. 8, Sarah Brightman's "Winter Symphony" at No. 9, and T.I.'s "Paper Trails" at No. 10.

Other notable debuts included Hinder's "Take it to the Limit" at No. 11, Burton Cummings' "Above the Ground" at No. 16, Brad Paisley's "Play" at No. 23, Matthew Good's "Live at Massey Hall" at No. 24, Patrick Norman's "Plaisirs De Noel" at No. 32, and Z103's "Streetmix" at No. 35.

In the U.S., the "Twilight" soundtrack landed in first, followed by AC/DC in second, the "High School Musical 3" soundtrack in third, Hinder in fourth, and Pink in fifth.
