Arcade Fire may sue Fox over ad

Arcade Fire

Montreal's Arcade Fire are reportedly pondering a possible lawsuit against Fox Television for using their music without permission during Sunday's Super Bowl in Arizona.

According to Pitchfork.com, the network used their hit "No Cars Go" to plug football in an advertisement without permission from the band.

The ad ran during the halftime show.

The band's representatives are said to be looking into the matter.
