Paul Bellows had an interesting reaction to getting dumped by his girlfriend a few years back - he vomited.
"I took it hard," he says. "After I left the restaurant, I was driving down 118 Avenue and I threw up all over the car and on my own pants. It was one of those horrendously demeaning experiences. Not only was I heartbroken, I had to clean up my own filth afterwards."
