Canadian screamo kings Billy Talent made a loud debut on the Canadian album charts this week.

The foursome's third disc, "Billy Talent III," came in on top with sales of over 40,000 copies, according to figures compiled by Nielsen SoundScan.

It marks the second straight No. 1 disc for the Toronto-based band -- their second effort, "Billy Talent II," accomplished the same feat back in July of 2006, selling 46,000 copies.

The second best entry of the week went to Daughtry, whose sophomore album "Leave This Town" checked in with over 15,000 in sales.

The movement up top knocked the Black Eyed Peas' ""The E.N.D." (12,000) out of No. 1 down to No. 3, the "Hannah Montana 3" soundtrack from No. 2 to No. 4, Lady GaGa's "The Fame" from No. 3 to No. 5, and the "NOW! 14" collection from No. 4 to No. 6.

Jack White's latest band the Dead Weather premiered at No. 7 with "Horehound," Nickelback's "Darkhorse" came up one spot to No. 8, Kings of Leon's "Only By the Night" occupied the No. 9 slot, and Eminem's "Relapse" rounded out the top 10 at No. 10.
