Michael Buble's "It's Time" debuts at No. 1.

Vancouver crooner Michael Buble was in the hearts and ears of Valentine's Day shoppers in Canada.

His sophomore effort "It's Time" debuted at No. 1 on Canadian album charts this week on sales of 43,000, according to data compiled by Nielsen SoundScan.

Buble's self-titled debut album also made some chart noise, re-entering at No. 18, nearly two years after its release. It debuted at No. 35 in March of 2003.

Buble's "It's Time" also made an impressive splash on the U.S. charts, landing at No. 7 with 93,000, according to Billboard.com.

Elsewhere in the Canadian top 10, Green Day's "American Idiot" (11,400) moved from No. 3 to No. 2, the 2005 Grammy Nominees compilation (10,700) rose two spots to No 3, and Tina Turner's double-CD "All The Best" remained at No. 4.

The Game's "The Documentary" sank to No. 5 after three consecutive weeks on top, while 3 Doors Down checked in at No. 6 with their third studio album, "Seventeen Days."

Motley Crue's two-disc retrospective "Red, White & Crue" fell five spots to No. 7 in its second week, Gwen Stefani's "Love.Angel.Music.Baby" moved down two to No. 8, Shania Twain's "Greatest Hits" occupied No. 9, and Quebec artist Annie Villeneuve rounded out the top 10 at No. 10.

Other notable debuts included Kenny Chesney's "Be As You Are: Songs From An Old Blue Chair" at No. 21 and Lee Ann Womack's "There's More Where That Come From" at No. 40.

In the U.S., 3 Doors Down entered at No. 1, followed by the Game in second, Green Day in third, Brian McNight's "Gemini" in fourth, and the collection "Totally Country Vol. 3" in fifth.
