Album Review: The Cash Brothers

RACEWAY
By MIKE ROSS

RACEWAY
The Cash Brothers
(Independent)

This thing is no less dry and laconic than anything the Skydiggers ever put out, yet singer Peter Cash shines through the dust on this debut, teamed up with his somewhat more eccentric brother Andrew. The Cash Brothers rock out in places, but the mellow, more acoustic tracks are what stand out. In particular, Guitar Strings and Foolish Things is a winner.

Track Listing 1. Raceway
  2. Take A Little Time Out Of Your Day
  3. Show Me The Reason
  4. The Only One
