WINNIPEG -- Canadian blues chanteuse Rita Chiarelli might be singing a different tune when she hits town this week.
The Toronto artist is feeling anything but down after being nominated for five Maple Blues Awards, including entertainer of the year, female vocalist of the year, songwriter of the year and recording of the year for her latest album, Breakfast at Midnight.
