Southern country rocker Charlie Daniels' two-fisted brand of patriotism has run afoul of the Nashville establishment, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Daniels, best known for his hit "The Devil Went Down To Georgia," had been invited to play at last week's Country Freedom Concert to honour Sept. 11 relief workers and pay tribute to the victims.
