Artist: Eminem

No time for love
By LOUIS B. HOBSON

HOLLYWOOD -- Many a celebrity love affair began on a movie set.

Producer Brian Grazer insists there is no truth to the rumours that Kim Basinger, 48, and rapper Eminem, 29, have fallen in love on their movie Eight Mile."They are so not having an affair. They walked out of a restaurant together and some paparazzi snapped a picture. I don't think Eminem has time to fall in love. He's an incredible workaholic, totally dedicated to this film."

Eight Mile is the story of a boy who rises above his humble roots to become a popular singer.

"It could be Eminem's story, but it's not. He just happens to share a lot in common with his character. It's a Curtis (L.A. Confidential) Hanson movie, so it's closer to East of Eden than it ever is to Mariah Carey's Glitter."
