In conversation, Mike Averill is pleasant, polite and forthcoming. Surely, this cannot be the Angry Young MC more widely known as Eyedea, who together with his DJ partner Abilities (Max Keltgen) is responsible for E&A, an album that properly skewers contemporary hip-hop and the business that controls it.
