Nelly Furtado added to Latin Grammys

Victoria, B.C.-native Nelly Furtado will be a presenter at this year's Latin Grammy Awards, organizers announced Thursday.

Furtado will join Jon Secada, Luis Miguel, Alejandro Sanz and Thalia on the Sept. 11 broadcast, which will originate from Miami.

The awards, the second-annual event honoring artists of Latin origin, will be broadcast by CBS, the announcement said.
