With a soft-spoken, down-to-earth demeanour, the easiest assumption to make about Bruce Guthro would be that he's into low-key, adult comtemporary fare.
The East Coast singer-songwriter might be in agreement, given his laid-back 1998 EMI debut, Of Your Son. But he certainly looks to escape that tag with his just-released followup Guthro, which finds Guthro in a far more upbeat mood.
