Corey Hart and Warner Music Canada have entered into an international licensing agreement for the artist's new label Siena Records. Sire/Warner Bros. will have the first right of refusal in America.

Hart, whose songs have been placed on two Celine Dion's albums, 1997's "Let's Talk About Love," and 2002's "A New Day Has Come," will be writing and producing most of the acts he signs. "At least for the beginning," he notes.
