Garth Hudson has been making music for more than 40 years, but he didn't release his first solo album, The Sea To The North, until just last summer.
Maybe he was too busy touring and recording with Ronnie Hawkins, the Band, Bob Dylan, Muddy Waters, Emmylou Harris, Neil Diamond, Mercury Rev and 40 or 50 others. Or maybe he just didn't want to be in the spotlight.
