You take those rugby pants out once more and look at them. You could get away with wearing them again - couldn't you?

I mean, the very idea of them is so hopelessly, painfully '80s, but they don't look so bad, do they?

They don't look that dated.

You put them on. They fit. They look OK.

They kind of make you feel pretty good.

You take them off, and throw them in the pile for the Sally Ann.

On second thought, you return them to the back of your closet. They'll come back in style again, some day.
